October 2019 Chairman’s Notes

**IMPORTANT**

This is the last meeting before the November Election. Please make sure to come to hear our candidates. Also, please bring your schedules so that we can discuss Election Day Procedure and shore up our Election Day volunteer schedules. Thank you!

REMINDER: NEW SOCIAL TIME AND MEETING START DATE

This is a reminder that the committee voted to change our start time at the April meeting. Therefore, social time will be at 6:30pm and the SCRC meeting will start promptly at 7:00pm.

MEETING AND IMPORTANT DATES FOR 2019

Below are the meeting dates for the rest of the year:

• October 17-20 2019, Stafford County Fair
  • Please sign up to work the fair!!!!
• NOVEMBER 5, 2019, GENERAL ELECTION
  • We still need outside and inside volunteers at our precincts
• No Regular Business Meeting in November
• December 9, regular business meeting, 6:30pm social, meeting at 7:00pm
