I, Steve Schwartz, as Chairman of the Stafford County Republican Committee (the “SCRC”), do hereby call for a meeting of the SCRC to take place at the aforementioned date, time, and location, unless it should become necessary to announce a different location, for the purpose of conducting the business set forth below, and any other such business as may come before the SCRC.
