James Tully is a U.S. Marine Corps Gulf War Veteran and retired Fairfax Deputy Lieutenant Sheriff. He currently serves as the Deputy Superintendent of the Rappahannock Regional Jail. James and his wife Stacey, a veteran of the U.S. Navy, are proud parents of three North Stafford graduates.  Read full bio here.
